Center for Industry Self-Regulation Board of Directors Elects Two New Board Members

McLean, VA – December 15, 2025 – The Board of Directors of the Center for Industry Self-Regulation, BBB National Programs’ 501(C)(3) nonprofit foundation, today announced two new Board Members. They are: 
  • Maureen K. Ohlhausen, Partner, Wilson Sonsini, and Former Acting FTC Chair and FTC Commissioner
  • Michele M. Totonis, Director, Legal Affairs, LEGO

"We are honored to welcome Maureen and Michele to our nonprofit foundation Board of Directors,” said Eric D. Reicin, President and CEO, BBB National Programs, who also serves as President and CEO of the Center for Industry Self-Regulation. “Their expertise will be key to extending our center’s impact on advancing research and education related to industry self-regulation, as well as incubating new industry self-regulation programs."

David Hubbard, Vice President & Deputy General Counsel, Verizon will continue to serve as Board Chair, and Eric D. Reicin and Vickie McCormick will continue to serve as Board members.
